Not a large one. We build something simple that works, and choose tools that will not need throwing away when real usage arrives. We revisit the architecture when traffic and data justify it.

How do I control budget and timeline?

Keep the first release small, review priorities at each milestone, and release in small steps. Milestone demos make slippage visible early.

Will I own the code?

Yes. Source code and related IP pass to you, and the agreement sets out how and when.

Can you work with my existing team or codebase?

Yes. We can review, take over or continue an existing codebase, or work alongside your own team. We start by reading the code.
