Sales and installment management for a commercial plaza: unit inventory and payment plans per floor, owners and registration numbers, installment ledgers, receipts allocated to installments, statements as of any date, allotment and transfer letters, WhatsApp reminders and a lead tracker, plus the buyer website with a live floor plan and Verify Ownership. New: a construction expenses book with stage budgets against actual spend and supplier bills.

/The sales system is in production at One Capital Builders’ 7Sky plaza, Islamabad. The demo runs on an invented plaza.

Darsgah School Management System

A standalone school management system for single schools and chains. Eight roles each see only their own screens: super admin, branch head, admin, accountant, teacher, librarian, parent and student. It covers admissions, timetables, exams and certificates, barcode fee challans verified at the counter, face and fingerprint staff attendance, transport with live van tracking, payroll, and an LMS with online exams and live classes. Schools on Odoo can migrate once or keep a two-way sync.

Local Distribution Dispatch

The layer between a Shopify store and SAP S/4HANA for businesses that deliver through independent distributors: web orders become sales orders, are ranked and dispatched, and are closed on a driver app with the customer’s PIN, a returnables count and a photo.

Energy · prototype

Offshore Rig Safety Console

Crew safety and heat stress on an offshore platform. Every module reports its heat index live, and each worker’s band reports position, heart rate, SpO₂, skin temperature, the gas at the wearer and falls. Rules raise alerts with an acknowledgement clock, the nearest responders are sent with one press, and muster names who is missing and where they were last seen. Health readings stay with the safety manager and the medic.

Workflow and monitoring for the PC-1 project approval chain at Pakistan’s Planning Commission: every step from scrutiny to the DDWP, CDWP or ECNEC on a configurable working-day deadline, with green, amber and red flags, reminders, escalation, dependency tracking and a forum-readiness pipeline.

Passport from Home

A Pakistani passport application done from a phone: CNIC sign-in with a one-time code, details pre-filled, a camera photograph with live checks, a head-turn liveness check, contactless fingerprint capture, the fee and courier delivery. The passport office gets a console where an officer approves the flagged few, with an append-only audit log.

Pakistan Post Financial AI

An overnight match of the postal ledger, bank statements, the money order register and cash-on-delivery settlements. It raises a short list of explained exceptions ranked by money at stake, each owned by a named officer on a clock, with a second signature above an approval limit, false alarms counted and an append-only audit trail.

Union Council registration entries compared with national records. Each discrepancy is explained with masked evidence and weighted signals and routed to an authorised officer, who corrects it from the source register. Revenue assurance for a mobile operator: a nightly match across usage, billing, dealer commission, wallet settlements, interconnect and enterprise orders turns leakage into ranked, explained cases, with a second signature before anything is back-billed. An AI care desk in Urdu, Roman Urdu and English turns complaint clusters into cases, and a SIM-swap check API follows the GSMA Open Gateway pattern.
