Demo Sprint · AI demo in 72 hours

Your AI idea as a clickable demo, live in about 3 working days.

A branded prototype of your product on a private link, with one main flow that works, so you can show investors, a tender panel or a first customer something real. You get the link, a walkthrough video, a note on what a real build would take, and the source code.

> fixed price, quoted after a 15-minute call.

Who it is for

For people who need to show it before they can fund it.

  • Non-technical founders before an investor or accelerator meeting.
  • Agencies and consultants who need a working demo to win a tender or a client pitch. White-label is fine.
  • Companies testing an internal AI tool idea, such as a co-pilot, a dashboard or a workflow, before funding a full build.

What you get

Something people can click, not a slide.

Small on scope, so it can be done well in three days.

A working web prototype

Built with Next.js on a private link, with your name, your colours and sample data that look real and are clearly marked as simulated.

One main flow, done well

For example sign-in, dashboard, the AI step and the result. It works on a phone and on a desktop.

A walkthrough video and a next-steps note

A 2 to 3 minute video of the flow, and one page on what it would take to build it for real.

The source code

You own the code we write for you, as with all our work; how and when ownership passes is set out in the agreement.

How it works

Three days, from the call to the hand-over.

  1. Day 0

    A 15-minute call and a short intake

We agree the one flow to show, who will see it, your brand and the sample data.

  2. Days 1–3

    Build

One check-in message on day 2, with a preview link you can click through.

  3. Day 3

    Hand-over

The live link, the walkthrough video, the source code and the next-steps note.

  4. Day +7

    One round of small changes

Included, within a week of the hand-over, once you have shown it to people.

Limits, said up front

What a three-day demo is not.

  • One main flow. A second flow is a second sprint, or part of a real build.
  • Simulated data. No real payments, no live customer data and no production security review.
  • Real integrations (your database, your APIs, a payment provider) are quoted separately.
  • “About 3 working days” starts when the intake is complete, not at the first message.

Need real users on it? That is an MVP, and the demo's next-steps note is a good place to start one.

Proof

Demos built the same way.

The Demo Sprint is a new offer, so these are our own demos, not client sprints. Most were built in about a day each. Every one runs on invented data, and each has a guided run you can play.

Built by our founder and running on his site, chasgharali.com, so they open there in a new tab. The prototypes are not affiliated with any organisation they mention.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

What is a Demo Sprint?
A clickable, branded prototype of your product or AI idea, live on a private link in about 3 working days after the kickoff call, so you can show investors, a tender panel or a first customer something real instead of slides.
How much does it cost?
Fixed price, quoted after a 15-minute call. The price depends on the one flow you want to show, and it is agreed before any work starts.
Is it really 72 hours?
About 3 working days, counted from the moment the intake is complete: the flow, the audience, your brand and the sample data. You get a preview link on day 2.
Does the AI step really work?
It runs on simulated data, so it behaves the same way every time you show it in a meeting. Connecting a real model to your own data is part of a real build and is quoted separately.
How is a demo different from an MVP?
A demo shows the idea to people who decide: investors, a panel, a buyer. An MVP is a working first release that real users use, with real data, security and measurement. Many teams do the demo first and the MVP after. See MVP development.
Who owns the code?
You do. We hand over the source code with the demo; how and when ownership passes is set out in the agreement.
Can an agency white-label it?
Yes. The demo can carry your brand or your client’s, and we do not put our name on it.
Can real users use the demo?
Not as a live system. It has simulated data and has not had a production security review. It is built to be shown, and the next-steps note says what a production build would need.
What happens after the hand-over?
One round of small changes is included within 7 days. If the demo does its job and you want to build it for real, we can quote that from the next-steps note.
Which time zone do you work in?
US-registered company; engineering team based in Pakistan. We work Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT (UTC+5), and the day-2 check-in comes as a message, so you do not need to be online at the same time.
