The site describes the software development services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. Quotes, estimates and proposals are not binding until both sides agree them in writing.

Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Danio LLC, such as a signed proposal, statement of work or contract. That agreement sets out the scope, price, payment terms, timeline and ownership of the work. You own the code we write for you; how and when ownership passes is set out in the agreement. If the agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

If you hire us through a marketplace such as Fiverr or Upwork, that platform’s terms apply to the order as well.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
• scrape or copy the site at volume, or run automated traffic that disrupts it;
• send spam, malware or misleading information through our forms;
• pretend to be someone else, or use the site to harass anyone.

We may block access from anyone who breaks these rules.

Demo calls and DanioMeet meetings are for genuine conversations about software work. Keep your meeting link private, and do not record the call without the consent of everyone in it. On a booked meeting, the chat and live captions are saved as meeting notes, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We may decline a booking or end a call that is misused.

The developer tools, calculators and generators on this site are free to use. They run in your browser and give estimates and starting points, not professional advice. Check their output before you rely on it, and test generated files (such as .htaccess or robots.txt) before you put them on a live site.

What you create with the tools is yours to use as you like; we claim no rights in it.

Our articles, guides and cost figures are general information, written in good faith and accurate when published. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice, and prices and technology change, so confirm anything important for your own situation.

The site’s text, design, graphics and code belong to Danio LLC or its licensors. “Daniotech” and the Daniotech logo are trading names and marks of Danio LLC. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back to the source. Do not copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission. Open-source projects we publish are covered by their own licences.

The site links to other websites, including the products we run on their own domains. Those sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, including the tools, at any time and without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

The site, its content and its free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Danio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site, its content or its free tools. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to USD 100.

This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to paid work, where the liability terms of your agreement with us apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute about them or the site will be decided by the courts located in New Mexico. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection the law of your own country gives you.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
